This facility boasts a talent pool of over 50 top-notch R&D professionals from renowned institutions such as Zhejiang University, Lanzhou University, and Soochow University. Additionally, BAYNOE has set up an International Trade Center in Shanghai, employing a dedicated sales force of 10 professionals, and operates a 3,000 international standard production Workshop in Zhangjiagang with a skilled team of over 30 production personnel.
Focusing on the R&D and manufacturing of OLED materials and photoresists, the company's expertise spans a wide range of areas, including organic luminescent materials, hole transport materials, and electron transport materials. With a comprehensive intellectual property portfolio, the company launches more than 300 new products annually. By 2022, its product offerings have grown to over 1,500, covering over 90% of OLED structure types. Furthermore, BAYNOE has established over 10 molecular building block libraries, successfully scaled up production of over 50 products, and applied for (or obtained) 33 patents.
